A 40 year old, 3500 sq ft ranch-style home needed to be updated into a open concept living - without changing any load bearing walls. The vision was accomplished by removing non-load bearing walls and reconfiguring the space.

This neglected small 1200 sq ft house has been redesigned into a charming contemporary home.  The use of lacquered red kitchen cabinets, black granite countertop and backsplash with accent of stainless steel tiles is a wonderful and fresh surprise.

By Dezign assisted with this home from the blueprint stage to full construction.  The owner's personality is revealed in this home, so is the teenager daughter's with her purple bedroom, and the son's more contemporary bedroom. Keep watching for new photos as this home is close to completion!
